Green Tea - a natural appetite suppressant and metabolism enhancer. Drink 1-2 cups per day for maximum benefit.
Guarana Seed - high in caffeine, Guarana will give you a much needed energy boost and enhance your fat burning metabolism.
Garcinia cambogia - contains hydroxycitric acid, this tart fruit will help reduce the chances of carbohydrates from being stored as fat.
Ginseng Root - All Ginsengs are adaptogens, meaning they help the body adapt to stressful situations. Adapting your body's ability to deal with stress means a reduction in fat producing/storing cortisol levels and an increase in metabolism burning energy. Korean ginseng has the highest energy giving output, whereas American and the non-panax variety Siberian will help your stress levels, but only moderately increase your energy levels.
Passionflower, Skullcap, Valerian, Kava Kava, Lemon Balm - these natural anti-anxiety and relaxing herbs help reduce stress. Reducing your stress level will enhance your weight loss efforts, especially if much of your weight is caused by stress induced eating habits, and/or increases in cortisol levels which increase fat storage instead of burning fat.
