Receptionist / Office Assistant Position

Looking for a reliable, dependable and detail oriented assistant to join our team. If you are people oriented, professional and have great attendance then please apply. 


Duties:

- Answering phones, checking voicemail, emails and social media messages. 
- Informing customers about our company and options. 
- Taking phone orders. 
- Communicating with clients & customers about their orders and needs. 
- Managing company Ambassadors. 
- Bookkeeping & Payroll 
- Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Invoicing & Estimate Creation 
- Purchasing & Inventory Management 
- Update or add information to the website, Amazon and other distributors. 
- Handle miscellaneous admin issues with outside vendors and sales channels. 
- Contacting potential distributors and wholesalers. 
- Miscellaneous document creation (spreadsheets, SOPs). 
Miscellaneous research as needed for new projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Computer skills
  • Excel and Word Proficiency
  • Quickbooks & Intuit Software Programs (preferred)
  • Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational and problem solving skills.
  • 1-2 years prior administrative experience
  • High school diploma desired; college a plus.

Monday-Friday
9AM-5PM
Start Date: Immediate
