Privacy/Security Policy

We do not at any time sell, trade or rent our mailing list or any other customer information. We ensure that none of our customer's addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, credit information and product preferences will ever be sold or traded. We also make sure that any of the credit card information that comes into our hands is kept for only the required length of time needed to adequately and efficiently process your orders. This information is no longer retained after that time.

Return/ Refund Policy 

You can return any unused/unopened RD Alchemy Brand product to us within 30 days from your purchase with receipt. This does not include any bulk 16oz, 32oz, 64oz or 128 oz in which all sales are final. No refunds will be made on any items opened, used or damaged including damage to the bottle, label or tamper evident bands/seals.

The customer is fully responsible for any shipping charges that occur for returns. Certain exceptions apply and RD Alchemy Natural Products reserves the right to make the decision if these exceptions apply to any returned product. Please inspect all packages upon arrival and report any damages, missing items or boxes to both UPS and RD Alchemy Natural Products LLC within 3 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund once a claim has been generated and after UPS has inspected it and not found fault. We also welcome any reasons and comments with your return as they will help us to accommodate you in the future.

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

Shipping will be free for orders over $75 that are within the continental US, do not include any large quantity (32oz, 64oz or 1 gallon) sizes and when not combined with any additional discounts or coupon codes.

Processing/Shipping Policy

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours after orders are received regardless of the shipping method chosen. There may be a time when this time frame is extended up to 4-6 days because an item is out of stock. The order confirmation that you receive via e-mail will include a tentative shipping time frame as to when you can expect your items. Shipping fees are based on UPS and USPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes and therefore USPS must be used. Shipping rates vary from time to time and may be changed at any time. 

Ordering/ Cancellation Policy

We are happy to process your orders big or small. Therefore, we do not require any minimum order amounts for regular orders, nor do we charge any extra surcharges for small orders. We also gladly welcome orders via e-mail, telephone and fax in addition to our highly secure on-line system. We can cancel your order within 24 hours after your purchase, as long as your items have not been already shipped. If they have been shipped then they will have to be returned according to our return policy.  

Wholesale Policy

Wholesalers who wish to purchase our products for discounted rates are required to show proof of business license, which must pertain at our discretion to the holistic, health care, beauty care, personal product, natural product or any similar field thereof. A seller's permit must also be obtained and a wholesale application approved.
